South Warren Storage offers units in size from 5'x5' (25 sq. ft.) to 10'x30' (300 sq. ft.) so it's easy to pick a size that works for you.

We welcome all visits to our facilities. However, we do recommend calling prior to your visit to ensure availability.

South Warren Storage representatives will be happy to help you select an additional space or transfer to a larger-size unit.

You may bring along your current identification, with photograph and signature on it, such as your driver's license, and a phone number where we can reach you if needed. You will need to sign the rental Agreement to rent a space.

You can get to your unit seven days a week, 365 days a year from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

No, unless you choose to authorize someone else access your unit. If you do give someone else access to your unit, you will need to give us their names.

You are given a unique personal code. Entering a unique personal code into the front keypad opens the main gate.

No, however we provide with a complete selection of locks for sale in our store.

Yes, our facilities can handle even the large tractor-trailers.

Yes. We offer a variety of supplies to meet all your packing needs.

No, your unit will be clean and ready for you on the day you move in.

At South Warren Storage we offer special climate controlled spaces that can protect important and delicate items like these from heat, cold and humidity.

Yes. You'll find plenty of free, easy to use loading carts.

Careful packing pays by preventing breakage and loss of small or fragile items. Another tip: you'll want plenty of sturdy corrugated cartons, packing paper, sealing tape and a magic marker-type pen.

The important thing is to keep a clear center walkway to the rear of your space so you can easily reach any of your belongings.

We offer a minimum contract for one month. There is no limit on how long you can rent your space.

You are renting your space -- one month at a time -- for as many months as you like. You can stop renting at the end of any month.

Whenever you want to begin renting a unit - any day of the week or month - your rental contract will run from month-to-month and payment is due by the first of each month.

Each contract, either for personal or commercial storage, is month-to-month. Your contract automatically renews each month.
